The RTI application was filed by the Applicant on 1.3.10 with the CPIO, Regional Passport Officer,  Lucknow seeking the reasons for not issuing his passport.  The PIO provided the required information  on 5.4.10.   Not satisfied with this reply the Applicant filed a complaint before the Commission on  7.4.10 seeking information once again.  2. The Bench of Mrs. Annapurna Dixit, Information Commissioner, scheduled the hearing for August 3,  2010.   3. Shri P. Roy Chaudhuri, Advocate represented the Public Authority.  4. The Applicant was not present during the hearing. Decision 5.  During the hearing the Respondent submitted that the Passport bearing No.50583645 dated 15.4.10  has already been issued and dispatched to the Complainant  on 16.4.2010. 6.
