The RTI application was filed by the Applicant on 26.11.2009 with the PIO, NIMR, New Delhi seeking  the reasons for not transferring her husband to Delhi or Haridwar and for having transferred him to  Ranchi.  The PIO replied on 20.1.10 providing point wise information.  Not satisfied with this reply the  Applicant approached the Commission with a complaint on 6.2.2010 seeking the information once  again.  2. The Bench of Mrs. Annapurna Dixit, Information Commissioner, scheduled the hearing for August 2,  2010.   3. Dr. M.S. Malhotra, PIO and Shri Ram Dev, A/c Officer represented the Public Authority.  4.
