02. 24.11.2010 Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned

counsel for the State, no new material has come for reconsideration of

grant of bail to the petitioner. Since the order of rejection is dated

22.12.2009, reasons are good enough then and it is good enough even

now.

The prayer for bail of the petitioner is again rejected.
