2 24.11.2010 Mr. Hans Raj, learned counsel takes notice on behalf

of all the respondents. He prays for and is granted four weeks time

to file counter affidavit.

However, counsel for the University is directed to

permit the petitioner to appear in the forth year annual

examination of Engineering Course which is going to be held from

20th December, 2010 or in future date. However, result of such

examination shall not be announced till disposal of this writ

application.
