5. 16.11.2011. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the

petitioners submits that the cognizance order dated

8.11.2008 passed in Complaint Case No.OC -.209 of 2008

by the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari, has also been

challenged through Criminal Misc. No.50595 of 2008 by the

other co- accused. Hence, it would be appropriate that both

applications be heard together.

In that view of the matter, let this case be listed

alongwith Criminal Misc. No.50595 of 2008.
