02/ 16.11.2011 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the
State.
The petitioners being the parents of the husband are
languishing in custody since 23.7.2011 in a case registered under
Sections 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The marriage was performed eight months prior to the
occurrence. There was demand of Rs.25,000/-. From the impugned
order it appears that 2-3 days prior to the occurrence there was fight
between the husband and wife, when the victim died due to the burnt
injuries.
Considering the fact that thrust of the accusation
against the husband and the petitioners are aged parents of the
husband, let the petitioners namely, Jodhan Ram and Savita Devi, be
released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten
thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the
satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hilsa (Nalanda)
in connection with Islampur P.S. Case No. 33 of 2011.
