The applicant was released for a period of one month in case
Crime No. 105 of 2000, under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 I.P.C.,
P.S. Milak, District Rampur by Order dated 21.9.2006. He was
required to surrender after expiry of the period from date of
release. Non Bailable Warrant was issued. However, as per report
of C.J.M., Rampur dated 09.4.2010 he has not been arrested and
produced before the Court.
The fresh step has to be taken by the C.J.M.Rampur, to ensure
arrest of the applicant Chandra Pal s/o Mangli, r/o village
Mudiahafij, P.S. Bhojipura, District Bareilly, in case Crime
No. 105 of 2000, under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 I.P.C., P.S.
Milak, District Rampur.
The Superintendent of police, Rampur will also take appropriate
steps to ensure arrest of the applicant. An affidavit has to be filed
regarding arrest of the applicant and production before the Court
concerned, where case is pending or the progress report regarding
sincere efforts taken by the police to ensure arrest of the applicant.
List this case on 25.8.201 before appropriate Court.
