This
Civil Application is filed for condoning delay of 1508 days in
preferring application for review. Review application has been
preferred for review of an order dated 15.6.1999 passed in Letters
Patent Appeal No. 94 of 1997.
We
have heard counsel for the parties and perused the records.
In
the present case, apart from the fact that there is a delay of 1508
days in preferring the application for review, and the reason for
such delay has not been properly explained, if the application is
allowed, the order dated 15.6.1999 may have to be disturbed after
more than 10 years. In the facts and circumstances of the case, we
are not inclined to condone the delay. Civil Application is
dismissed.
