06/ 15.11.2011 I.A. No. 5110 of 2011 has been filed on behalf of

respondents no. 8 to 10 for vacating the interim order of stay dated

16.05.2011. They have also filed a counter affidavit contesting the

claim of the petitioner.

In the said circumstances, this Court thinks it proper

that this writ petition itself be heard and decided at this stage itself as

the matter requires urgent disposal as on going season is fit for

manufacturing of bricks etc. .

In the said circumstances, let this case be placed under

the same heading retaining its position on 23.11.2011 for the said

purpose.
