2. 15.11.2011 In view of the facts stated in the F.I.R. relating to

offence under Section 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code in

connection with Bihra P.S. Case No. 55 of 2011 and

statement made in the affidavit in support of bail application,

in my opinion, it is a fit case in which applicants should be

released on bail

Accordingly, the applicants shall be released on

bail on furnishing sureties to the satisfaction of C.J.M.,

Saharsa.
