more particularly the concerned notification by which

an A.S.I has been vested with power of Excise Officer

and further been authorized to investigate the case.

Four weeks time is granted for the same.

Meanwhile till next date further proceeding in

connection with Sikti P.S. Case No. 123 of 2008/G.R.

No. 2230 of 2008 pending in the court of Chief

Judicial Magistrate, Araria shall remain stayed with

regard to the petitioner mentioned above.
