01.12.2010, let the father’s name of petitioner no.2 be

corrected to read as “Shoth Nath Singh” in place of

“Shosh Nath Singh”.

Accordingly, the order is modified to the

extent above.

Let the order be communicated to the trial

court through Fax at the cost of the petitioners in

connection with Bhabua P.S. Case No. 158 of 2010 in

the Court of C.J.M., Kaimur at Bhabua.
