ORDER

1.0 The
petitioners are before this Court challenging order passed by
the Secretary, Revenue Department (Appeal) dated
27th
November 2010. On perusal of the order and also orders of the
Collector and the Deputy Collector, the Court finds no substance in
the petition. Hence, it is dismissed.

2.0 At
the request of learned advocate for the petitioners it is clarified
that revenue entries will abide by the final outcome of the Civil
Proceedings.
