This is a writ petition for a direction to respondents to pay the money for the
work done by the petitioner.

We have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned standing counsel
for the respondents.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner may file a
representation before the respondent No.3 within one month. In case the
representation is filed, it may be decided by the respondent No.3 by speaking
order, if possible within three months from the date of receipt of the
representation. The petitioner will file a certified copy of this order, other
necessary documents and a duly stamped self-addressed envelope along with
his representation. Respondent No.3 after taking decision will communicate
the same to the petitioner.

With the aforesaid directions, the present writ petition is disposed of.
