R.R. Tripathi, J.
1. This petition was filed for challenging the appointment made by the respondent Nagar Palika by an order dated 17.6.1996 and 19.6.1996. Today when the matter is called out for the hearing it is pointed out that the persons whose appointment were made by the aforesaid order are cancelled by the Collector hence the grievance of the petitioner does not survive. In view of that rule is discharged with no order as to costs.
