Keeping in view the office note dated 23.3.2010 the
order dated 15.12.2009 passed in this case is clarified by
holding that the original writ petition bearing No. W.P.
No.3805/2005(s) is also restored to its original file and it be
placed for orders before the appropriate Bench.

With the aforesaid clarification, this application is
disposed of.
