3 15-09-2011 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that

the case number mentioned in the first line of the order

dated 1.8.2011 should be “5687/2010” which is running in

the main list among zero items.

The order dated 1.8.2011 is accordingly modified

and the case number in the first line of the said order should

be read as “CWJC No. 5687/2010.”
