Requisites for notice by ordinary process as well as under

registered cover with A/D must be filed within two weeks

failing which this application as against O.P. No.2 shall stand

rejected without any further reference to the Bench.

Till appearance of O.P.No.2, further proceeding

against the petitioner, Dr. Pramod Kumar Singh shall remain

stayed in connection with Complaint Case No.C-

118/2008/Tr.No.187/10 pending in the court of Chief Judicial

Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur.
