                        J U D G M E N T

Petitioners, non resident Indians appeared for

the B.Com Degree examination at Abu Dhabi in an Off

Campus Centre of the respondent University.

Examinations were conducted in June/July 2008 and the

results were published in February, 2009. Petitioners

results have been withheld .

Sri Sasidharan, learned Standing Counsel for the

University submits that there is a suspicion of malpractice

having been committed in relation to the examination

which the petitioners have participated in. The matter is

now placed before the syndicate and a decision will be

taken, at the earliest, at any rate within two months from

today. Submission is recorded. Writ petition is disposed

of accordingly.
