At the very outset, counsel for the petitioner inform that in the similar set of
facts, this Court has disposed of the writ petition by giving direction for the
limit period.

Copy of the order passed by this Court on 08.06.2010 has been annexed in
writ petition no. 33917 of 2010, as annexure no. 9.

In view of the aforesaid this petition is also disposed of with the same terms
and direction as the matter referred above.
