Earlier
the present petition was fixed for final hearing at the instance of
Mr.A.K. Clerk, learned
advocate for the petitioner
on 04th
March 2010. However, thereafter it was adjourned to 26th
March 2010 at the joint request of the parties. Even on that day
i.e. 26th
March 2010 also, at the joint request, the matter was adjourned to
today.

However,
today also Mr.A.K. Clerk, learned advocate for the petitioner,
has sought for adjournment.

In
view of above, the matter is adjourned to 16th July 2010.
