ORAL ORDER

Mr.Keyur
Acharya, learned advocate for Mr.G.M.Joshi, learned counsel for the
petitioner states that he has received instructions from the
petitioner to withdraw the petition, as the matter has been settled
between the parties. A copy of letter dated 29.07.2011 addressed to
the Registrar, High Court of Gujarat, by the learned advocate for the
petitioner, stating that instructions have been received to withdraw
the petition, is on the record of the case.

In
view of the above statement of the learned counsel for the
petitioner, permission to withdraw the petition, is granted.

The
petition is disposed of, as withdrawn. Rule is discharged.
