The learned counsel for the petitioner informs that the petitioner has been
permitted to join. Further in the light of the modified order passed by the
Division Bench in Special Appeal, the learned counsel for the petitioner
submits that the present contempt petition has lost its relevance, accordingly
the same be dismissed as having become infrcutuous.

In view of above the contempt petition is dismissed and the notices issued to
the opposite parties are hereby discharged.
