2. 20.7.2010 This application has been filed for modification of the order

dated 21.5.2010 passed in Cr. Misc. no.16095 of 2010. It is stated in the

petition that due to attack of jaundice petitioner failed to surrender in the

court below within the stipulated time.

Accordingly, this modification application is allowed and

one month’s more time is allowed to the petitioner to surrender in the

court below.

Let this order as well as the order dated 21.5.2010 passed in

Cr. Misc. no.16095 of 2010 be communicated to the court below

through fax at the cost of the petitioner.
