Since both these applications arising out of one case are

being taken up together.

Call for legible carbon/xerox copy of the case diary in

connection with Majhaulia P.S. Case No. 121 of 2011 from the court

of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran and put up

after receipt of the same.

Rule is made returnable within three weeks.

In the meantime, no coercive step shall be taken against

the petitioners.
