2. Present
application is filed with a prayer to recall the order passed by this
Court on 12.10.2010, which was passed in absence of learned advocate
Mr.Baghel.
3. Considering
the submissions made by learned advocates appearing for the
respective parties and averments made in this application supported
with affidavit of advocate, the order passed by this Court on
12.10.2010 in SCA No.6597 of 2010 is recalled and SCA No.6597 of 2010
is restored to original file.

view of above observations and directions, present application is
disposed of.
