Learned counsel for the appellant submitted that appellant
could not deposit 50% of the award amount pursuant to the order
dated 26.3.2010 passed by this Court as certified copy of the order
was lost in transit. However, he prayed for week’s time to deposit the
same.

Learned counsel for the respondent has no objection.
Required amount be deposited within a week from today.
In view of submission made by learned counsel for the
appellant, learned counsel for the respondents does not want to press
