Heard learned counsel for the parties.

By means of this writ petition the petitioner has prayed to direct the
respondents no. 1,2 and 3 to grant freehold right to the petitioner in respect of
the land in their possession at the circle rate. However, it is open for the
petitioner to make an application to the Collector, the same shall be disposed
of within one month, considering the objection if any in the writ petition filed
by the respondents.

With the aforesaid observation the writ petition is disposed of.
