Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

It is stated that revision under Section 48 of U.P.C.H. Act is pending
before Dy. Director of Consolidation, Azamgarh since 1996. In case, the
proceeding of said revision has not been stayed by any superior court, the
same shall be decided expeditiously, preferably within a period of three
months from the date of production of certified copy of this order before him.

With the aforesaid observation and direction, writ petition stands
disposed of finally.
