Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned AGA for State
and perused the record.

This is the correction application no.210419 of 2010, for correction of the
order dated 5.7.2010 passed by this Court, which has been wrongly
transcribed in the order sheet.

After perusal of the record, the order dated 5.7.2010 is hereby recalled.

The writ petition is dismissed as misconceived.

Office is directed to correct the certified copy accordingly.

Correction application is allowed.
