This
application is filed by applicant original petitioner for recalling
order of this court dated 18th October, 2010 passed in
Special Civil Application No. 5134 of 2010 with Civil Application NO.
5482 of 2010 in said petition wherein matters have been dismissed by
this Court for default because of absence of advocate for petitioner.
I
have considered submissions made by all learned advocates who are
appearing for respective parties. I have also considered averments
made in this application and considering it, order passed by this
court dated 18th October, 2010 in Special Civil
Application No. 5134 of 2010 with Civil Application NO. 5482 of 2010
is hereby recalled and both matters are restored to original file
with all original attached orders. Accordingly, present Miscellaneous
Civil Application is disposed of.
