THE MINISTER OF STATE IN THE MINISTRY OF SOCIAL JUSTICE & EMPOWERMENT (SHRIMATI SUBBULAKSHMI JEGADEESAN):  I beg to move for leave to introduce a Bill to amend the Juvenile Justice  (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2000.
