In
this petition the petitioner has challenged the suspension order
dated 8th May 1995. The aforesaid suspension order was
stayed by this Court in the year 1995. and the petitioner
continued in service since 1995. Thus the petitioner has continued
in service for about 15 years. Therefore it would not be appropriate
to disturb the said position at this stage. Hence, this petition is
disposed of in terms of the interlocutary order dated 23rd
June 1995. Rule is made absolute to the aforesaid extent. Liberty
to revive in case of difficulty.
