Rule.

Learned APP Ms. Chetna Shah waives service of Rule on behalf of the
respondents.

The
applicant has filed this application, through jail, for granting him
furlough leave.

I
have perused the papers produced before me. From the papers, it
appears that the daughter of the prisoner has refused to become
surety of the prisoner.

In
view of above, I am not inclined to entertain this application.
Accordingly, it is rejected. Rule discharged.
