J U D G M E N T
Raman, J.
This writ petition is filed seeking a direction for
police protection to the life and property of the petitioner.
2. In the light of the fact that for the amount due
to the petitioner, he has already approached the Civil Court, and
the very allegation that when he demanded the amount, fifth
respondent is threatening him cannot be accepted.
3. On the other hand, it is submitted by the fifth
respondent that the amount has been received by the company
and for the same a receipt has also been issued. It is further
stated that he has not caused any physical threat, as alleged.
In such circumstances, the writ petition is disposed
of directing that in case there is any such threat, it is open to the

petitioner to approach the police and register a complaint,
whereupon the police will enquire in to the matter and do the
needful.
