has been jointly submitted by the learned advocates for the
contesting parties that certain developments have taken place. It has
been submitted that one of the two suits viz. Regular Civil Suit
No.210/2007 has been settled and withdrawn.

has also been submitted that there could be developments in respect
of Regular Civil Suit No.211/2007 as well, in view of the said
settlement. The learned advocate would need confirmation in this
