H.L.DATTU, C.J.

The writ petition was posted before Court on 6.6.2007. Since the

learned counsel appearing for the petitioner was not present before Court,

the matter was adjourned to 7.6.2007. Even today, the learned counsel is

not present before Court. It only shows that the petitioner and his learned

counsel may not be interested in the petition. Therefore, the writ petition is

rejected for non-prosecution.
