                               J U D G M E N T

The Writ Petition was filed mainly for a direction to the 2nd

respondent to permit videography while conducting election to

the Board of Directors in the Elampal Co-operative Society. The

election is already over. Therefore, the matter has become

infructuous and the same is dismissed.
