Pursuant to order passed by this Court on 23.9.2009,
the Collector Singrauli has appeared in person and has
produced before this Court the order dated 6.10.2009 passed
by the Govt. of Madhya Pradesh appointing the Land
Acquisition Officer, Singrauli, as Project Rehabilitation
Officer.
The respondent No.7 has already filed reply to interim
prayer, but respondents No. 1 to 6 are yet to file their reply to
the interim prayer.
Reply if any be filed by 20.10.2009.
List the matter on 20.10.2009 for considering the
interim prayer.
Order of statusquo will continue.
