                              JUDGMENT

Though several contentions have been taken up in

this writ petition, learned counsel for the petitioner,

Smt.Preethi Ramakrishnan, submits that at this stage, it

would be appropriate, if a direction is issued to the

second respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P6.

Accordingly, after hearing the learned Government

Pleader also, writ petition is disposed of directing the

second respondent to consider and pass appropriate

orders on Ext.P6, after hearing the petitioners as well,

within two months from the date of receipt of a copy of

this judgment.
