                            JUDGMENT

Learned Government Pleader submits that the

petitioner’s claim has been rejected by the Government as

per order dated 16.6.2006. Learned counsel for the

petitioner submits that the petitioner is unaware of this.

Copy of the said Government Order has been handed

over to the learned counsel for the petitioner. In the

circumstances, she seeks permission to withdraw the writ

petition with liberty to challenge the said order and seek

appropriate reliefs. Liberty is granted and the writ

petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
