3. 23.6.2010 Let the order dated 20.5.2010 be corrected by

deleting the word ‘Saran’ appearing in the operative part of the

order so as to be replaced by the word ‘Siwan’.

The above order is corrected accordingly.

Let this order along with the order dated 20.5.2010

be communicated to the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan in the

case indicated in that order through fax at the cost of the

petitioners.
