The
present application has been filed under Section 438 of the Code of
Criminal Procedure, 1973 for the grant of anticipatory bail in
connection with I-C.R.No.2/2010 registered with Meghraj Police
Station for the offences punishable under Sections 408, 465, 467, 471
and 114 of the Indian Penal Code.

After
arguing for some time, learned counsel, Mr.S.K. Patel for the
applicant seeks permission to withdraw this application. Permission
is granted. This application stands disposed of as withdrawn. Rule is
discharged.
