As per the office report dated 16.1.2010, notices have been served upon the
respondent nos.1 to 7. However, nobody has put in appearance on their
behalf.

Affidavit of R.B. Chaurasiya, Circle Officer, Meja, Allahabad has been field
by the leaned AGA, which is being taken on record.
It has been stated by the learned AGA that efforts are being made to trace out
the corpus. Learned AGA prays for and is granted 15 days further time to
trace out the corpus. He has further stated that on the next date of listing, the
corpus will be produced before the Court.
As prayed by the learned AGA, list after 15 days.
Copy of this order be given to the learned AGA for necessary compliance as
per Rules of the Court.
