legal heirs of respondent no.11, Mahendra Sah, who died on

12.06.2008. In paragraph no.1 of the substitution petition legal heirs

of respondent no.11 is mentioned.

It is submitted that the substitution petition was filed in

time.

In view of the aforesaid submission, interlocutory

application no. 5599 of 2008 filed for substitution of heirs of

respondent nos.11 is allowed.

Let the name of respondent no.11 be deleted and his legal

heirs as mentioned in paragraph 1 of the substitution petition be

substituted.

As prayed for I.A. No. 3399 of 2010 and I.A. No. 3400 of

2010 be considered on 21.09.2010.
