                                J U D G M E N T

The challenge in this Writ Petition is against Exhibit P2

communication, whereby the application of the petitioner was

rejected. The post in question was Dark Room Assistant in the

Public Relations Department. By interim order dated 17.7.2006,

this Court directed the respondents to interview the petitioner

provisionally.

2. The learned Standing Counsel for the Public Service

Commission submitted that the ranked list came into force on

25.9.2006 and the same has already expired. In that view of the

matter, the Writ Petition has become infructuous and the same is

accordingly dismissed.
