                           J U D G M E N T

This writ petition is filed seeking a direction to the first

respondent to cancel the entry regarding the hypothication in the

registration certificate issued in respect of motor vehicle bearing

registration No.KL-7/M-1242 without insisting on the production of a

No Objection Certificate from the second respondent.

2. Sri.S.Sreekumar, the learned counsel appearing for the

second respondent submitted that the No Objection Certificate is

ready and the petitioner can collect it on any working day from the

office of the second respondent at Palarivattom.

The writ petition is accordingly disposed of recording the

said submission and with a direction to the Regional Transport

Authority to take necessary steps to cancel the entry regarding the

hypothication in the registration certificate of the motor vehicle

bearing registration No.KL-7 M 1242 on the petitioner producing the

original of the No Objection Certificate issued by the second

respondent along with an application in that regard and the receipt

evidencing payment of the prescribed fee.
