The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the
entire liability has been discharged by the petitioner, which
statement is endorsed as correct from the part of the
respondents as well, as submitted by the learned Government
Pleader appearing for the respondents. Submission is recorded.
In the above facts and circumstances, all further
proceedings pursuant to Ext.P4 demand notice would stand
withdrawn. It is made clear that the petitioner will be at liberty
to claim apportionment of the liability from the other partners, if
available, in accordance with law.
