Petitioner now submits that in pursuance to the

directions of this Court, though belatedly, the Panchayat has

taken a decision to regulate the vehicle parking and that, by

order dated 18-09-2010, informed him of the same.

Therefore, recording the above, this Contempt Case is closed.
