This review petition is filed seeking review of the order dated
31.8.2010 in W.P.No.1695/09.

From the perusal of the review petition, we find that in the
review petition, petitioner has raised grounds which require
reconsideration of the case on merits, which is not the scope of
review petition. Until and unless, there is an error apparent on the
face of record, some material is not considered or for any just reason,
review can be entertained, but no such ground is made out in this
petition. This review petition is accordingly dismissed.

No order as to costs.
